Yakuza 5 continues the Yakuza series, and is another good entry. Being the 6th game in the series chronologically, if you've made it this far you know what you're in for.
Yakuza 0 is one of those games that took a while to click for me. I remember picking it up and dropping it a few hours later, not picking it up again for a couple years. I finally did, and Yakuza has become one of my favorite series ever.
I posted about Astlibra a while back after having played the demo and really enjoying it, and I decided to pick it up during the Steam Winter sale. I've finally gotten around to playing for a few hours and I'm really glad I decided to buy.
Like I said in my post on Spyro 2, the original Spyro the Dragon has always been my favorite of the series. 20 years later that hasn't changed. I love the simplicity of the levels, the goofy voice acting, and the pure distilled platforming without the extra frills future games added in.
Sci-fi isn't normally my genre. I'll take swords, kings, and magic any day over spaceships and physics. Every once in a while, though, I pick up a sci-fi book, and almost every time I find myself really enjoying it. Project Hail Mary is no exception.
Project Cars 2 is a game that's been in my Steam library for years and years, and I've never really had any inclination to play it. Today I had a burst of inspiration to break out my Quest 2 VR headset, and while looking through my library I noticed this game, so gave it a shot.
My name's Mike, and this is the Lore Depository - my spot online where I can write out my thoughts on games, books, tech, movies, and anything else I find interesting.
My biggest project is my Game Library Project. I have a ton of games collected throughout the years, and have barely played any of them. Check out the linked post to learn more about the project, and click here to be taken to the category page where you can see all my posts for the project.
Another project I'm working on is my Pokemon Living Dex Challenge, where I try to obtain one of each available Pokemon and transfer them into Pokemon Home.
Yet another project I'm working on is my Old School RuneScape "Completionist" Quest, where I'm attempting to max out all skills and see everything the game has to offer as a completely new player.
